Annie had just finished feeding Nano and Pico when the bell rang, letting her know there was a customer. She tucked a stand of hair that had come loose from her braid back behind her ear and went to greet them. "Hi, welcome to Annie's!" she said cheerfully. @morphean-mortecai

Closing time was very quickly becoming Annie's favorite part of the day. As soon as the shop's door was locked she rushed to the break room where Nano and Pico were waiting, already secured in the backpack. "Any preference where we go today?" Annie asked as she swung the backpack over her shoulders. Pico hesitated before snapping one of its heads in a pattern of -. --- while Nano tapped out the same pattern against Annie's arm, though much slower. Annie nodded. "Anywhere works for me too!" A set of random coordinates and a portal later and Annie found herself standing in a forest. Mostly green, though Annie didn't know if it was Earth or simply a planet with green plants. Annie looked around for a good direction to explore in. Eventually she decided on keeping the sun at her back, if only because it was an unusually bright sun. Half an hour later a noise caught her attention and Annie froze. She glanced around, trying to identify where it had come from. Something to her left was moving. Annie stood still and waited to see if it would leave. Thoughts of space bears and larger versions of Pico filled her head. @scytherusedfly

@regaluslibero liked for a starter! After a long day of assignments, hot weather and tests, Keishin thought he was in need of something cool. On the walk to the convenience store, he ended up tying his uniform jacket around his waist, fanning himself with a worksheet that was probably due that day. Keishin got himself a few Popsicles, excited to finally cool off. He had to wait in line however, tapping his feet to hopefully hurry things along, the clerk here was always so lazy!
